We’ve been having a look at their original flavor with a few ingredients


Ready Brek is known all around the world for some of the best breakfast meals. It’s an oat-based breakfast cereal produced by Weetabix Limited. It is intended to be served hot, and comes in four varieties — ‘original’, ‘chocolate’, ‘honey’ and ‘Seriously Oaty’.

From a parents point of view, Ready Brek is perfect for the mornings because when you’re rushing to get ready for that school run the last thing you want to do is cook breakfast, Ready Brek is super quick to make and is a great way to start the day in a healthy way and it provides a nutritional morning meal. Then add some milk, All you need to do is just heat up a pan of milk on the hob or use the microwave

Ready Brek can be eaten on its own or paired with ingredients to suit everybody, In fact there are loads of ways you can create your own unique recipes with fruit, nuts, yogurt

Here’s a good Strawberry & Blueberry Recipe.


  • 100g Stawberries
  • Handful of Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp of Ready Brek Original
  • 150ml Semi0skimmed milk

Makes 300ml/ 1 large tumbler


1. Put Strawberries and blueberries into the blender
2. Sprinkle over the Ready Brek Original then pour into the milk
3. Blitz until well blended and then pour into tumblers and serve

You can also refrigerate and serve cold!
